Cape Town Convention Training Program

To address this need, Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority (RCAA) partnered with the African Airlines' Association (AFRAA) to conduct a training program on the Cape Town Convention from 05 - 07 Feb 2024 at RCAA Training Facilities. During his opening remarks, The Director-General of RCAA emphasized on the significance of Rwanda's ratification of the Capetown Convention in 2011 which is a set of rules that helps Rwanda finance and lease movable assets, including aircraft, in a standardized way.
