We are proud to highlight the success of the GSI PEL training course, conducted by ICAO instructors for the RCAA staff. This specialized training has significantly enhanced our ability to manage and improve the Personnel Licensing (PEL) system. Participants have gained expertise in a range of critical areas, from managing knowledge testing systems to conducting skill tests for flight crews and maintenance technicians. The course also covered evaluating and processing license applications, validating foreign licenses, and the authority to suspend or revoke licenses. This training ensures that our staff are thoroughly equipped to uphold and enhance the standards of aviation safety and regulation.
