All UAS recreational/sports operations must be conducted within a UAS registered club that is approved by the RCAA in accordance with Rwanda UAS Regulations Appendix 2.

UAS clubs should formally apply to RCAA requesting the Authority to approve the club by submitting a formal letter that briefly describes their operations via email: info@caa.gov.rw and copy uas.ssp@caa.gov.rw.

The applicant should also attach a Concept of Operations, Risk Assessment for their intended operations, and an applicant information form.
