UAS operators should have an activity permit issued by RCAA in accordance with Rwanda UAS Regulations before commencing UAS operation.

The applicant shall follow the procedures in the advisory circular to create a drone portal account and apply for an activity permit.

An activity permit holder is expected to submit an accident and incident form within 24 hours of a UAS accident and incident to uas.ssp@caa.gov.rw
