No person may perform major modification, repair or altercation on Rwanda Registered aircraft other than as prescribed the Authority.

The Rwanda Civil Aviation Regulations (RCARs) related to Major Modification and Repairs are: -

• RCAR Part 04:  Airworthiness of Aircraft
• RCAR Part 05:  Approved Maintenance Organization
• RCAR Part 38:  Units of Measurement

To apply for the approval of major modification and repairs, applicants are required to complete and submit to the Authority the following Form and related documents:
