• RCAR Part 07: Personnel Licensing

The followings Advisory Circulars (AC) have been provided for additional insight into the approval Aviation Training Organization:

• AC 07-003:  Application and Process: Knowledge Testing for Personnel Licensing
• AC 07-005:  General Procedures for Personnel Licensing Flight Crew Skill Testing
• AC 07-006:  Application and Process: Evaluation of Language Proficiency

To initiate the application process, applicants are required to complete and submit to the Authority the following Forms and related documents:

• 539 Form:     Rwanda PEL Number for Aviation License
• 540 Form:     Application for License or Conversion Based on a Foreign License
• 541 Form:     Application for PEL License or Rating [Flight Crew Member]
• 548-1 Form:  Application for Medical Certificate
