An aircraft shall not Operate in Rwanda unless it bears the nationality and registration marks as required by the laws and Regulations of Rwanda for registration and marking of civil aircraft.

To initiate the aircraft registration process, applicants are required to complete and submit to the Authority the following RCAA Forms and related documents:

• 506B Form:  Aircraft Information Summary
• 506C Form:  Aircraft Equipment Conformity (Aeroplanes)
• 506D Form:  Aircraft Equipment Conformity (Helicopters)
